British Government is not qualified to negotiate Brexit

The work and pensions secretary, Esther McVey, sought to limit the damage in a speech on Thursday in which she admitted there were problems with universal credit, and promised to listen to campaigners, claimants and frontline staff to find ways to change and improve the system.

Fairly sure this was a predictable problem.  IDS insisted that this system was a guaranteed success.  Seems he was not grasping how such a system is really more complex than it appears he comprehended and yet again it proves that progress on them is undermined by Government IT practices.
